As our Senior Full Stack Developer, your expertise is crucial for the technical development and implementation of the ShareCARD technologies and products. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust software solutions, ensuring they leverage the latest technology, address customer needs, and enhance our business’s value proposition.

The successful candidate will work closely with the product development team to build and maintain ShareCARD’s suite of products. This role demands a strong technical background, a deep understanding of full-stack development, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

ShareCARD’s Customer Success Lead ensures that our clients maximize the value of ShareCARD in their organizations. You will be responsible for driving adoption, optimizing customer experiences, and increasing retention by providing ongoing support, building strong relationships, and helping organizations seamlessly integrate ShareCARD into their operations.

As the Customer Success Lead, you will be the bridge between our technology and the organizations that rely on it for data management, impact tracking, and real-time resource traceability. You will proactively identify customer needs, address challenges, and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to enhance customer engagement, identify opportunities for growth, and improve user education and training.

The Job holder will assist the Country Manager/ Head Investment Advisor – Wealth Management to enhance business growth, drive initiatives that increase client value and income for the unit.

The Job holder is responsible for executing the overall strategy of I&M Capital – Wealth Management Uganda, enhance business growth, drive initiatives that increase client value and income for the unit. Ensure full compliance with the strategic vision and direction as directed by the CEO of I&M Capital Limited in addition to all regulatory and internal requirements and be responsible for the day to day running of the unit. Role holder will be responsible for managing Investment Advisors/ Senior Officer/ Officer Wealth Management within I&M Capital Limited. This role will also perform such functions as may be called upon to by the CEO of I&M Capital Limited.

Responsible for managing the entire customer service function across NCBA Uganda. Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of customer service being provided, providing vision and strategic leadership to all the customer touch points, overall service management and quality improvement both internally and externally.

OB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Head, Marketing, the role holder will be accountable for building dfcu’s Brand equity, enabling the brand to play a strong role in driving commercial success, by creating relevant, consistent, distinctive, and competitively advantageous dfcu brand that connects with our dynamic audiences. The role holder will partner with leaders within dfcu and our external partners to define, prioritise, and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy in the retail functions and beyond.

The Financial Inclusion Officer (FIO) is responsible for promoting growth of clients and the portfolio in the group methodology through mobilization of new potential customers to grow the group lending portfolio and provide financial literacy trainings to the group customers as part of a preparation process as the clients take up FINCA credit group loans products.
