Job Summary

The Stores Assistant supports the management of humanitarian supplies by receiving, storing, issuing, and

tracking inventory in accordance with organizational and donor standards. This role ensures that emergency

relief items and office supplies are properly handled to support field operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Receive, verify, and record incoming supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.

• Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure items are secure and easily accessible.

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in physical inventories or audits.

2. Stock Issuance and Documentation

• Issue supplies and equipment to authorized staff based on approved requisitions.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements using manual or electronic inventory systems.

The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Rehabilitation Officer for performing the following duties:-

• Monitor and analyse internal displacement by conflict, violence and disasters in a sub-region

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager will lead to the development and implementation of effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to track project outcomes and inform strategic organizational decision making. He/she will ensure the timely collection and analysis of high quality, disaggregated data for reporting, organizational learning, and donor compliance. This role will strengthen the capacity of staff and partners, support programme design and resource mobilization, and align with NUDIPU’s strategic goals for activities to ensure that results are achieved.
