Job Description:

Work conjointly with the school administration to monitor the entry, exit of students and verify necessary requirements and luggage.

Maintain accurate students' records and coordinate the proper allocation of students to the dormitories.

Ensure that the boarding students' safety routines and standards are communicated, observed and maintained.

Participate in the implementation of the school discipline policies, policy trainings, and adherence to disciplinary procedures for boarding students.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the boarding students and facilities.

Ascertain dormitory needs, make store requests, and maintain inventory and usage records.

Coordinate the maintenance needs of the boarding facilities and coordinate accordingly.

Organise regular dormitory team meetings, mediate conflicts, and address other such concerns to maintain social harmony and a collegiate environment.

Lead one-on-one mentorship, pastoral care, and guidance sessions and guidance by being present and available in the lives of learners.

Compile monthly behavioural reports for each student and avail the same to the school administration.
