Management

The Director of Operations oversees all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all departments.

Role Overview

The Director of Operations oversees all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and support departments
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Drive operational efficiency and service excellence
• Support the GM in strategic and operational planning
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in hotel operations, with 5 years at senior management level
