POSITION DESCRIPTION

• JOB TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER (GM)
• LEVEL: EXECUTIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW

• The General Manager provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the hotel, ensuring world-class guest experience, financial sustainability, and brand excellence in line with international 5-star standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all hotel operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the executive management team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and brand standards.
• Represent the hotel to owners, government authorities, and key partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ senior hotel management experience, with at least 5 years at executive level in a luxury hotel.
