Job Description:

• Advise and or sensitize prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan products and cross-sell other financial products and services.
• • Carry out training of clients on good agricultural practices, climate-smart agriculture, financial literacy, and other relevant training.
• • Guiding clients to fill out loan application forms and attach relevant documents in line with BUBL’s loan requirements.
• • Conduct loan appraisals through undertaking field visits to loan applicants’ homes, agricultural fields where required.
• • Disburse approved loans to clients on a daily basis in line with the set performance targets.
• • Appraise loan applicants’ character, credit histories, and conduct reference checks to ascertain willingness to repay the loan.
• • Monitor outstanding loans and performance of the loan portfolio daily.
