Job Description:
We are a fast-growing retail shop located in the heart of Entebbe, offering a variety of quality products to our customers. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and motivated individuals to join our sales team.
Position: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our shop — engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organized
- Keep track of stock levels and assist with restocking
- Handle cash and process sales transactions accurately
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the shop’s growth
Requirements
- Should be a graduate in any related field
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, honest, and punctual
- Basic knowledge of using a Point of Sale (POS) machine is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
