Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Programme Implementation:
  • Ensure the Audio Production Skilling and Training program is implemented according to plan.
  • Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.
  1. Participants Onboarding and Management:
  • Onboard participants to the program, ensuring they have a smooth transition.
  • Manage participant profiles, including tracking progress, attendance, and feedback.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Track and manage budget expenditures for the program, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to the Program Manager.
  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze data on program participants, including demographics, progress, and outcomes.
  • Use data to inform program improvements and report on program impact.
  1. Audio Production Support:
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining audio production equipment and software.
  • Provide technical support to participants during training sessions.

Requested qualifications


  • Diploma or degree in audio production, music production or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, poetry or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of audio production techniques, software, and equipment.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with youth or vulnerable groups.

  • Familiarity with Ugandan music industry and audio production trends.

  • Certificate in audio production or related field.
