Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Programme Implementation:
- Ensure the Audio Production Skilling and Training program is implemented according to plan.
- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.
- Participants Onboarding and Management:
- Onboard participants to the program, ensuring they have a smooth transition.
- Manage participant profiles, including tracking progress, attendance, and feedback.
- Budget Management:
- Track and manage budget expenditures for the program, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the Program Manager.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data on program participants, including demographics, progress, and outcomes.
- Use data to inform program improvements and report on program impact.
- Audio Production Support:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining audio production equipment and software.
- Provide technical support to participants during training sessions.
Requested qualifications
- Diploma or degree in audio production, music production or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, poetry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of audio production techniques, software, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with youth or vulnerable groups.
- Familiarity with Ugandan music industry and audio production trends.
- Certificate in audio production or related field.
