Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

Programme Implementation:

Ensure the Fashion Skilling and Training program is implemented according to plan.
Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.

Participants Onboarding and Management:

Onboard participants to the program, ensuring they have a smooth transition.
Manage participant profiles, including tracking progress, attendance, and feedback.

Budget Management:

Track and manage budget expenditures for the program, ensuring financial sustainability.
Prepare and submit financial reports to the Program Manager.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Collect and analyze data on program participants, including demographics, progress, and outcomes.
Use data to inform program improvements and report on program impact.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with stakeholders, including participants, trainers, and industry partners.
Foster relationships with industry partners to support program goals

Requested qualifications

Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in fashion industry, program coordination, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of fashion industry trends, skills, and best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
