Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. ► Minimum 5 years post-university experience in site supervision or project manage ment, including experience managing on-site teams. ► At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in implementing health and safety pro cedures on construction sites. ► Certificate in Health and Safety is an added advantage. ► Knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and project management practices. ► Good command of MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or similar software is a plus. ► Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills. ► Self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. ► High level of discipline, professionalism, and attention to detail. Terms of Employment The advertised role is for a one-year contract, with a probation period of six months. The position is; ► Permanently based on one or several of our construction sites; ► Full-time (48 hours per week); ► 21 days annual leave; ► Health insurance.
